Carphone Warehouse – The Apprentice
When Carphone Warehouse (now Dixons Carphone) were planning their annual conference they were looking at ways to excite their employees – and therefore their customers – about the potential use of apps. We came up with the idea of setting them an Apprentice style challenge. From the black people carriers to the use of the iconic Science Museum as a venue, we paralleled the popular TV show. The culmination of the teams endeavours to target a specific market with a package of apps (think travel, photography, motoring etc) was then played out in real time at the conference, where attendees voted on a winner.
