AB Agri – The Download (Highlights)
When AB Agri – the farm feed division of ABF – approached TBB asking for help in how they could best replace lengthy head office based town halls and improve communication with a workforce spread across the world, we suggested a regular business TV programme. Based on the TV model of a magazine show with a presenter linking to different stories, we have been able to include feature reports from key project sites, CEO updates and also news from across the group presented from the ‘news room’ (which was actually their head office cafe!) Working with the comms team to help structure the content, we also coached our ‘presenters’ who were drawn from across the business and had no previous experience. The end result saw a huge uplift in employee engagement plus added benefits of multiple use of assets for different projects.
From concept to delivery, scriptwriting to filming, The Broadcast Business have used their immense experience to help us create a brilliant 15 minute quarterly programme that showcases our people and our work, encompasses our key messages and our values, and above all, is entertaining and eagerly awaited by staff.
